INSPIRRE's Design Factory

INSPIRRE, though started by finding our purpose, stemmed from my Procreate library.

I was a latecomer in digital drawings. My love for canvas and paint streaks evident in the walls of our two-bedroom home in NYC was something I never thought I'd trade for an iPad. But when life gives you a pandemic and work pressure combo, one ought to reflect and find refuge that there's a rainbow after a rain. And my paint palette and my toddler together just screams disaster. Hence, surrounded by scattered toys and my two boys, I bought an iPad, Apple Pen, and Procreate.

Occasionally I scribble, but most times, I draw with inspiration from personal experiences and life lessons. As with the graphics tees you see on our site, my library is composed of meaningful, sometimes empowering impressions.

INSPIRRE Married Myself

Design is a process that starts with a flicker of an idea that evolves over colors and composition.

With our "Love Freely" tee, we want to represent the different spectrum of love inspired by our LGBTQ+ friends. From our experience, we've found that a picturesque graphic design does not often translate well into the garment. Hence, our practice includes several iterations and prototypes to select the finest illustration that sparks inspiration and positivity to the wearer and the onlookers. I want to share a time-lapse showing our initial sketch leading to the perfect one on your shirt!

As you can see, we went for the version that resembles the oxymoronic meaning of love – simple yet colorful.

This is only but a peek at our design factory. Soon, we'll be sharing stories that we hope inspire you and the future generations to continue our advocacy and purpose to LIVE, LOVE, LEARN, INSPIRE and LEAVE A LEGACY.
